President, Richard W. JohnsonBorn in Chicago, Illinois and educated in their public schools
until he enlisted in the U.S. Navy in August 1941, Johnson served for six years, mainly in the Pacific theater, as radio/radar gunner in dive bombers aboard the carriers Yorktown and Franklin, and was
land-based in Pearl Harbor, Samoa and Tarawa. Johnson's business career commenced in the Bay area of California in Insurance and Financial planning. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Red Hook Agencies,
Inc., a Virgin Islands managing general insurance agency formed in 1972, and President of International Management & Research, Ltd. and the Registered Principal of Investment & Research, Inc.,
investment advisors and brokers based in North Carolina. Johnson served as Commodore of the Virgin Islands Sailing Association, its delegate to the V.I. Olympics committee, V.P. of the Caribbean Yachting
Association (formerly WIYA), and since 1976, on several committees of the International Sailing Federation. He currently is a member of the Events Committee and represents the Caribbean and Central American
Sailing National Authorities on the ISAF Council. He has been a USSA Senior Judge and currently an ISAF International Judge since 1980, serving as Chief Judge for major regattas such as Rolex, CAC Games and
PAN-AM Games. A resident of St. Thomas for the past 28 years, he still races Blue Bayou in North Carolina, winning the Winter Series and the Michelob Cup for the second time. His objective is to assist in
all ways possible in bringing the America's Cup to the Virgin Islands. |

CO-Chairman, Peter W. Holmberg
A St. Thomas native and Team Caribbean co-founder,
Holmberg received his B.A. in Business Management from Sonoma State University (CA). Holmberg began sailing at age five and racing internationally at
nine. He is a veteran of two Olympic campaigns and earned a Silver Medal (Finn Class) in the 1988 Seoul Olympics, the first and only Virgin Islander to medal. Holmberg is a Past-Commodore of the St. Thomas
Yacht Club (STYC).Holmberg won the 1989 50s World Cup, the 1990 Maxi World Championships (Matador 2), placed fourth at the invitation-only '96 World Championships of Match Racing in Croatia and won the
'97 Trofeo Challenge Roberto Trombini Match Race. Holmberg is consistently ranked among the world's top ten match racing skippers on the Omega Match Race Listing and was ranked sixth as of December, 1997. |

Vice President, Roger HeadrickHeadrick is the former CEO, President and part owner of
Minnesota Vikings NFL Football Team. He is also a part-time resident of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. While CEO of the Vikings, Roger was Chairman of the NFL Properties Committee, member of the
Broadcasting Committee, International Committee and the League´s Realignment Committee. In his eight year stint as head of the Vikings, the team compiled a combined 38-26 mark with four consecutive
playoff appearances and two division title. Prior to joining the Vikings he held top positions with Exxon and Pillsbury. He is a graduate of Williams College with an MBA from Columbia
University. He commutes between Wyzata, Minnesota and St. Thomas. |

Operations for Little Switzerland brings Team Caribbean a wealth of operations, finance and personnel experience. A resident of St. Thomas for the last twenty-five years, Bill has served as Commodore of the St.
Thomas Yacht Club as well as President of the Virgin Islands Sailing Association. He is also an active racer having sailed for years with local legend Rudy Thompson at virtually all CORT Series events and Antigua
